WHAT WE COLLECT
When you shop with RVIOR we collect your name, phone number, email address and shipping address, along with your order details (products, sizes, colours, order value). This is the minimum we need to print, pack and deliver your order.
PAYMENTS
All prepaid payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or netbanking credentials are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never visible to or stored by RVIOR. We only store your payment status and payment reference numbers.
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Your data is used to process orders, arrange delivery through our fulfilment partners, provide order support, and — only if you opt in — send you drop announcements. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
SHARING
We share only what is necessary with trusted processors: Razorpay (payments) and our fulfilment and delivery partners (name, address and phone for shipping). These parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
COOKIES
We use minimal browser storage to keep your cart between visits. No third-party advertising trackers are used at this time.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@rvior.in. We respond within 7 working days.
