AGREEMENT

By using rvior.in or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or shopping under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and able to enter a legally binding contract under Indian law.

ORDERS & PRICING

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Made-to-order items enter production after payment confirmation or COD confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

MADE TO ORDER

Every unit is produced on demand in our fulfilment network. Minor, non-defective variations between units (print placement within a few millimetres, fabric texture) are normal for garment production.

ACCOUNT ACCURACY

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address and phone number you provide. RVIOR is not liable for deliveries lost due to incorrect details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, graphics, photography and content on this site belong to RVIOR and may not be reproduced without written permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
